Bought 2018 Silverado LTZ from Rosner Chevy. I was told that free oil & filter changes were free for life as long as I owned it. Rosner sold to Boniface-Hiers. Took truck in for oil & filter change. Very disappointed in Boniface-Hiers not honoring Rosner' commitment in writing. After discussing with service writer he "provided a free oil & filter-this time only". I always thought that buying of a business meant that they would support comitments made by the seller. It's not a real big thing but wonder what else they no longer surpport???? I guess I will take off the Boniface-Hers license plate frame off the truck. Stop providing free advertising ! More
