This is the very worst customer service we have ever dealt with. We had an appointment at 7 am and dropped the vehicle the night before. We tried calling a dozen times and it always went to voicema dealt with. We had an appointment at 7 am and dropped the vehicle the night before. We tried calling a dozen times and it always went to voicemail. Our advisor Trevor never returned our calls from his voicemail. We tried the service manager and his phone went to voicemail along with all the other advisors and casher. The service operator had an attitude and said there was nothing she could do. After several hours, Trevor finally called and said the truck was ready. We were told they were bringing it around front. we waited 15 minutes and were told who was supposed to bring it. He was BSing with his buds and doing nothing. We used to go to this dealership a lot, but never again. We are in the market for a new truck, but after this terrible experience we will buy somewhere else. The service manager is not doing his job or just does not care. More
