Incompetent: Haven't paid off trade-in vehicle in 6+ weeks Have bought 6 cars at BF Kia over the years and this will be the last time BF gets my business. Traded in car for another used vehicle. In spite of me co-signing for daughter (with my 0 debt, 100K income and 800 credit score) AND a variety of calls and conversations with salesman ( Carl Jansen at Kia), Monique, Patty Moore, and the alleged GM at Chevy (Donald Montgomery) we still apparently do not have a finalized deal. Still paying on the car we turned over to BF on 2/24 and have not yet received any information from GM Financial who graciously gave us a 7.04% interest rate. Don't walk away from this dealership ... run and don't look back! More

Second time as good as the first This is the second time I brought my 2018 Corvette for warranty work to Boniface Hiers Chevrolet. Different service manager this time (who was excellent), but the same master service technician, William White (Will). Mr White is the one who has worked on my car twice now and let me tell you, he knows all the tricks needed to service Corvettes efficiently and effectively no matter how involved the job is. When I take a look at his work afterwards, I can't even tell that the car has been worked on, except the problem is fixed. Boniface Hiers Chevrolet is my go to dealership for anything on my Corvette. In fact I drive 35 miles one way to go there, despite having a local Chevrolet dealership just a few miles away More
