I arrived early for my scheduled appointment and ignored by my " service representative " . Never acknowledg me( no eye contact, " be with you in one minute " or anything) I waited for over 8 minutes befo by my " service representative " . Never acknowledg me( no eye contact, " be with you in one minute " or anything) I waited for over 8 minutes before I was finally helped by another representative. Service on truck took three hrs. Longer than expected for a standard maintenance appointment (oil change, tire rotation etc).????? More

Got screw in tire, dropped car off at service in the a.m- they ordered a tire. I went into work and they called me by 4:30pm. Car was done. Service and my service advisor Bobby was FANTASTIC!
