scam artists Worst dealership I've ever visited and I've been to some bad ones, very dishonest people specially Victoria, we worked out a deal for a lease over the Worst dealership I've ever visited and I've been to some bad ones, very dishonest people specially Victoria, we worked out a deal for a lease over the phone I made sure I repeated the deal 3 times over our phone conversation to make sure I was all settled because I live an hour away, once we got there the manager we were supposed to see wasn't even there (strike one) felt disrespected to know I had to rush there to meet this guy and didn't even had the decesnsy to wait, she sent me 3 vehicles to choose for the lease non of whom where in stock or at the dealership salesman had us walking the lot like idiits looking for them, ( strike 2) and lastly after the salesman talked us on saying and test driving another car and having one for us next day for delivery we sat down to start the deal the payment that was supposed to be 149 a month jumped to 500- 600 a month because my car was 4k over what they offered which was a joke anyway and the payoff ( strike 3) we got enfurieted and stormed out of the dealership, please beware of these bottom feeders. Great Experience, Great people and a Good deal My wife and I have been in the market for a Corvette convertible to replace our current Corvette. I was on "Car Gurus" and spotted one that we were i My wife and I have been in the market for a Corvette convertible to replace our current Corvette. I was on "Car Gurus" and spotted one that we were interested in that was at Boniface-Heirs Chevrolet in Melbourne. We decided to go to the dealership for a closer look. Our first encounter was with Angel. He was very pleasant , knowledgeable and did not pressure us. After a test drive, we decided to sit down and see what kind of deal we could get. This is when we met Mike Durkin, sales manager. After some "negotiations", he was able to get our payment where we needed it to be. Mike was very professional throughout the whole process. With the deal done, we met with Brian Swaney to complete the financing paperwork. We found Brian to be very calm, reassuring and personable individual. After all the paperwork was done and everything was signed, Mike and Angel walked us out to our new car. Washed and ready to go, we noticed a little scratch on the front fender that we didn't see on our initial inspection. Mike looked at it and said without hesitation, "we'll take care of that for you.." An appointment was made, the car was dropped off and my wife was given a loaner. Being a black car, I was a little skeptical of how well it would be fixed. When we came to pick up the car, Mike brought it up front for us. They had washed and detailed the exterior of the whole car and on closer inspection, they did an excellent job on the repair. In conclusion, from start to finish, we were very pleased with our experience at Boniface-Heirs Chevrolet and would feel comfortable making future purchases, using their service department and referring them to our friends and family. Engine repair-2018 Chevrolet Silverado On a Sunday, was from out of town and suddenly experienced very rough running engine and “check engine light” came on. Drove truck to dealership and On a Sunday, was from out of town and suddenly experienced very rough running engine and “check engine light” came on. Drove truck to dealership and while Service Department closed, ran into Wil, the Service Mgr., who was at dealership. I gave him the keys, and rented a car down the street at Enterprise since I needed to be in Miami that night. The Dealership called on Monday to advise what they’d found and would get repaired. They called the next day to advise that it was repaired under warranty and I could pick it up. Everyone very courteous and helpful in every way. I’ve since put 1,500 miles on truck and it runs like new; so apparently the repair was properly done. I would buy a vehicle from these people based upon the performance of the Service Dept., if I lived in the area. More
Astonishing deals I was shopping for a pre-owned car online for my daughter. Saw that Boniface Hiers had taken over the Chevy dealership on Harbor City Bl. The next morning I was at the dealership where Brian Radcliff, Sales, greeted me like an old friend and eventually caught me side glancing the Corvettes. After a test drive and working the numbers, I drove away in a new, 2019 Corvette, thus realizing my lifelong dream of being in the rarefied air of Corvette ownership. I returned the next day and bought my daughter an immaculate, pre-owned, low mileage car with “Warranty Forever”. I also had the privilege to meet and chat with A.J. Hiers, a true gentleman, who shared some wonderful memories of his lifetime in the car business. After several mins told they could get me in anyway. 2 hours approximately for an oil change and 5 pt inspection!! I found my email with my appointment reminder only to have service tell me they’re having a problem with the appt system!! Why would you use it then!! So Bob gets me in after going over all of what I had asked for on appt. with also trying to sell me on the $89 diagnostic reading because I've had the check engine light on for 6 years now! (I was told by a car repair man they have that fixed to come on so you get the regular maintinences done. I cant afford those so I just make sure I get regular oil chgs and inspections.) After waiting (in the most uncomfortable waiting service area ever) for 1 and 1/2 hours I thought I would check on it. It was sitting in pick up area. Cashier said it wasnt showing ready yet but she would check. It was done but he had not turned in paperwork yet. (How much longer would I have waited?) I paid, talked to no one reguarding what they found and just left. Got a call about 20 mins. later from Bobby telling me what happened, apoloigized and proceded to say I needed about $1,000 worth of work done on it. Also I was over charged so had to be put on hold 3 times to get that straightened out and credited. Never mentioned my brakes which I also asked to be checked.I ASKED. He replied oh those are fine. So I wonder were thry checked? I will be taking this car in to another repair facilitiy for 2nd opion! Sad that I have to do that. Miss my dealership in Rosewell NM... Very disappointed with this dealership and hadn’t been here in a while because of it. Thought I would give it a try again... Nope still disappointed. Won’t be back!! More
