Avoid this service department at all costs. I have been bringing my personal vehicles and my company’s work trucks here for decades, but they have officially lost all of our business. I brought my 2023 Corvette Z06 in for a recall, fluid changes, and a critical alignment. The steering wheel had been left crooked from a previous alignment here, which was explicitly noted on the intake paperwork. I told my advisor, Robert (Bobby) Sternberg, repeatedly that it needed to be fixed correctly.They kept my car from Saturday until Tuesday afternoon. I paid a massive $2,525.08 invoice (using a mix of my credit card and $291.24 in Chevrolet Reward Points) before they even let me see the car, only to sit inside and find the steering wheel was still completely crooked. I immediately brought it back, and the service manager promised it would be the first thing fixed Wednesday morning. Instead, they called at 10:30 AM claiming the car was "in the system," but I watched my OnStar GPS tracker show my car sitting entirely idle in the back lot all day long.I had to go in, demand my car back, and force a refund—which they claim will take days to process by check. Now I have to drive 35 minutes to a completely different Chevrolet dealership just to get a basic alignment fixed properly. Absolutely incompetent service and zero respect for a customer's time, money, or high-end vehicles. More
