Let's start with Sales Consultant Sandi, informed, professional and thorough. Sandi patiently worked every scenario to try and narrow our search by explaining every tiny detail for every car we considered. Once we did get word of approval, she very patiently explained every feature in the car and sometimes twice. Her knowledge of car sales is her craft and not one that is forced for a quick sale or commission. You can see she is passionate about solving your situation and placing you in the right car for 'you' not just for a quota. Now, putting it simple for a number of reasons my credit was awful. Jerome optimistically and tenaciously worked my credit application, getting me approved while I was getting denied by everyone else. I actually called to end my search, thinking I would have to go to a - Buy here pay here. After a few days of waiting I got the call.... Not only was I approved for a car, but a new car. The terms, right at my monthly payment. "The impossible dream"? Absolutely. I haven't owned a new car in 20 years and my wife has never. We thank them for the dream, and you can too.... More

service i bought a 2017 Kia Sorento in July 2017 i have 16000 miles on it and i have some surface rust showing up on the top of my car and was told it is not i bought a 2017 Kia Sorento in July 2017 i have 16000 miles on it and i have some surface rust showing up on the top of my car and was told it is not under warranty because i live near the beach. this winter i went in with low tire pressure Tiger told me to go to the 7-11 and put air in they were to busy. i strongly suggest that if you are thinking of buying anything from this dealership you look for another dealer or better yet a different brand. Kia will not back it also. I have nothing good to say about the dealership and this is your warning. More
