Oh where do I start, this dealer has been a pain in my xxx. DO NOT GET YOUR HOPES UP FOR REFUNDS ON GAP! I bought my 2023 Mazda CX-50 with 56,000 miles on it on Aug 2, 2025. Initial sale was fairly smoot xxx. DO NOT GET YOUR HOPES UP FOR REFUNDS ON GAP! I bought my 2023 Mazda CX-50 with 56,000 miles on it on Aug 2, 2025. Initial sale was fairly smooth other than a bit of sales pressure into a CX-5 I could not afford the payments for, I got the GAP which is freaking $1,500 but figured for peace of mind whatever. -On Aug 12th I decided to call and speak to Barry so I cancel the GAP as I found out it’s cheaper through my credit union. I was told it would take about 6-8 weeks for it to post and everything was done through the phone call. -I had some issues with the car but they helped me out greatly with getting my seat fixed and the trim around it fixed as well with only a $250 deductible after the seat was torn already when I bought it. -Come October going into November I realized I still haven’t gotten either a credit nor a check for the $1,500 GAP refund. I called numerous times leaving voicemails never getting through to anyone. Eventually got to the point it wasn’t letting me leave voicemails anymore. I finally decided let me ask the nice office lady, NOT a single person wondered why I kept freaking calling mind you. She told me call my credit union and ask them about the refund, see if they have the check, I called and they don’t have anything. I called back and she left a message for me. -Frankly the useless GM texts me saying he’s going to look into this. This is NOVEMBER 24th. He does NOT. I’m the one having to text him, he’s saying he’s looking into it but never follows through! We are into nearly TWO MONTHS into this xxxx. I’ve been kind and respectful, putting off leaving reviews. Well I’m fed up and done being nice! More

It was busy but that didn’t stop my service advisor, Dominic, from providing outstanding service. I arrived at 9am and was out of there by 10!
