Service department and technicians are either grossly incompetent or intentionally ripping people off. I have done all of my service there on time plus extra services as they provide them. When I brought it in for service they tore apart my dash to inspect the start button itself and determined it failed because of my e cigarette therefore saying it isn’t covered under warranty and I have to pay for their labor to diagnose the flashing light. They offered to replace it for a charge of more than $300. A quick google search showed that start button flashes when there’s inadequate power to the vehicle (battery or alternator failure). They assured me that my battery was perfect (after they put it on the charger I found out later). I let it go knowing my battery was most likely going to quit on me. Sure enough a month and a half later I am calling road side assistance to jump me. I went to the auto parts store to get a new battery to get to work and after replacing the battery ...THE START BUTTON STOPPED FLASHING!!!! The battery was swollen and leaking from the acid cap. Imagine that. On top of that they had the audacity to tell me I should have brought it to them because my battery was covered under warranty and they can’t reimburse me nor would they reimburse me for the improper diagnosis of e-cigarette killed your new car. Trae (the service advisor) smirked as he said “well you should have brought it in to us instead”. Now I will be doing my own service instead paying $100 for an oil change at a business that goes out of its way not to honor the manufacture or their own “lifetime” warranty. More
As a 74-year-old woman shopping for an auto "solo" for the first time in my life, I was anticipating being bombarded by a "hard-sell" sales pitch. To the contrary, I was treated with patience and respect by my salesperson, Marcia Ramos, Frank Liquori, and Steve Jaikissoon, who made the experience informative and stress free. Marcia is an extremely patient, knowledgeable, and caring young lady who has answered my many phone calls and walked me through the learning process associated with acclimating to the new operational system of my CX-5. The sales person Jon was very good, friendly and helped bridge the buyer to the Boniface management. Outside of Jon it was not good at all!! Be aware of their tactics. Had a deal set up through Text as I was working and not able to visit the location after an initial test drive. I thought the deal was good (your word is your bond, or your text is your bond). Getting ready to visit the location and close on the deal a day or two later on the weekend, but was informed someone was there at that moment and purchased the vehicle. Company integrity at its worse! The vehicle sold from under me, even though I have a deal via text. I will not work with this company again. In the end I got a better vehicle at a better price elsewhere. More

I just purchased an SUV with Mike Durkin and Boniface Hiers. Mike was so awesome!! His knowledge and excitement about Mazda especially CX-5 sold me on my car. It’s been 8 years since I’ve had a new vehicle and I was very hesitant but knew I wanted an SUV. After test driving the other ones and not being that impressed, Mike’s test drive was the best by far. He showed us the great features and gave us history facts about Mazda that I’ve never heard!! It was awesome! Everyone I interacted with was great as well. I’m so happy with my decision! More

This was my first purchase with Mazda and I couldn’t be more happy! Our guy Mike hooked us up with the car of my dreams and was able to find us something within our budget. Because I feel like most salesman/saleswomen only care about making a sale. In my experience, most don’t take into consideration budget, and budget is vital for us. He was always honest with me, and if he couldn’t find something he knew we would be comfortable paying for, he had no problem telling us to be patient and wait a little bit. Mike truly is one in a million. If you’ve ever had a similar experience that has turned you off to buying a car, do yourself a service and PLEASE go see Mike.
