Leigh, the service advisor expl I scheduled the 60K scheduled maintenance on my ‘15 CX-5 at a mutually convenient date & time, for the following week. Leigh, the service advisor explained what services would be performed & the cost. When I arrived on time for my service the porter met me immediately and directed me to Leigh who had written up the service agreement, reviewed again what was to be done & cost estimate. I’d requested to be transported to a local gym nearby & was promptly accommodated. Leigh called me when the work was completed which was about an hour sooner than expected & I requested to be picked up & brought back to the dealership which was promptly done. Leigh reviewed all services completed, and mechanic’s recommended future services, I paid cashier. Leigh escorted me out to my awaiting vehicle which had been thoroughly washed & interior vacuumed. Professional process & treatment throughout without any complaint whatsoever. More

That’s ok though, the service department at Boniface Heirs did a great job ensuring me I got a day/time best for me. I was quoted for about an hour wait and it was just under. They offer tv, drinks and snacks. Super helpful and very pleasant to wait there. More

I thought this 75,000+ mile checkup would be a breeze but it turned into a 6 hour deal when they discovered a nail in one of my tires damaging not onl I thought this 75,000+ mile checkup would be a breeze but it turned into a 6 hour deal when they discovered a nail in one of my tires damaging not only the minimal tread remaining but the sidewall of the tire as well! All of my original tires were worn down to 3/32nds of an inch of usable tread life left and thes month I need to send my wife to check on an ailing cousin in Mississippi! I couldn’t send her alone to take care of what could very well be final arrangements for him. We do what ever we can to keep chaos out of our lives and this is the best way I know! Plan ahead for the unexpected! So we appreciate a straight shooter lik the folks at BONIFACE HIERS! They are so trustworthy and let me try a new 2019 Mazda 5 like we really want when a hybrid version comes out. Looking forward! 😁 More

I was introduced to the general manager Frankie From the time I entered the Mazda dealership I was greeted and ask what assistance was needed for me. I was introduced to the general manager Frankie as well as the sales consultant Ian. From there the attention from both advisors was always attentive, knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. My comfort was continually monitored. Any question that I had was handled quickly and efficiently. I was guided personally by Ian all the details needed to drive my car out the door with no issues. Lastly, if I had any questions I was advised to be in contact and the answer would be resolved. The whole team in general was amazing. More
