Did everything online and marked the box asking if I would like to be contacted, but no one ever did. I was informed that I wasn't supposed to book an appointment online for a recall service. If that's true there shouldn't be a choice for recall service. I made an appointment to speed up the process and help reassure that the service would be less than n hour (like stated in recall letter from Mazda). Service took an hr and a half which is 30 min plus longer than it should've been. More
