Jeff told us what the dealership could do after we exchanged info and after a normal time of waiting we saw Sheldon in the finance dept. Everything on the contract was exactly what my daughter and i agreed to and we gladly signed and took possesion of the car. The next day there was an issue with the financing from something in my past which made me think my daughter would have to turn in the car. Howeve, Sheldon not only found new financing for us but we got a percent less too! Thank you all for your professionalism and help making this transaction smooth.
