He had the multiple vehicles ready and waiting for me on the various days, so when I arrived at the dealership, he could hand me the keys, we could hop in the car, and I could be back to work in less than an hour. Since I have a heavy meeting schedule at work, the convenience and Jim's no-pressure approach made me want to find a car at Boniface Hiers Mazda. There were a few follow up items after I purchased my car; Jim was a man of his word, and got me what was promised. It was a pleasure working with both him and his associate that I met via chat. This was my second Mazda purchased at Boniface Hiers (the first I kept for 12 years). When I'm in the market again, I hope Jim is still there to help me with my third!
