Bad experience they claim the can work with any credit situation ladies and gentlemen that’s not the case I explained to the sales agent what our situation was and what we needed well that didn’t happen t situation ladies and gentlemen that’s not the case I explained to the sales agent what our situation was and what we needed well that didn’t happen they started asking for a Co signer like always and I said no then they said the car you want it’s not going to work we need something more expensive well I tried to be flexible but didn’t make a difference I also they never even told me how much they offered for my trade whats more disappointing and the reason that CarMax or Carvana are growing is because dealerships all say the same thing and use the same gimmicks and tactics it seems they all use the same book and what I find interesting is they say we need your trade we’ll they need inventory all I was interested on was on a Small Mirage like always when you first talk to them they say they will help like you are the best thing ever and once the run you credit and you don’t have a lot of money and the perfect score well you STINK!! and they can’t wait to get ride of you .. I don’t understand how this dealership has a 4.9 but based on how I was treated I can’t do that .. I know I might get the typical I am Sorry speech as a response or a call this number to talk thing honestly what is the point they already waisted my time and ran my credit what more can they do ?? I leave you with this Not right to say you can help and when you can’t don’t even call back or nothing More
