On Nov. 21st Dealer made good and took back my original 2020 Mustang and for a minimal charge put me in a 2021 Mustang. Same model, same color and 6,000 less miles on odometer. Also want to thank Brett Warner who handled the transaction start to finish. Brett went above and beyond to make the transaction quick and flawless. Thanks again Brett. Good companies shine during trying circumstances. This was definitely the case as MofBS sparkled today. More
I have had to revise my original review, yes the original sales process went well but after that is where things fell apart. The vehicle has been in the shop 3 times since we bought it, that have been major sales process went well but after that is where things fell apart. The vehicle has been in the shop 3 times since we bought it, that have been major repairs Including replacing the Turbo charger. The car is back in the deal and will require several hundred dollars of repairs. Repairs that we are told will not be covered by the extended warranty. Repairs that we are now expected to pay. Multiple messages have been left for Nate , the general manager , however he has never called back. As a matter of fact , Ed in Service has been the only person to follow through. We paid cash for this car, and from the first week, til now it has been nothing but a headache dealing with Bonita Springs Mitsubishi. I have been told from the general manager that I am trying to “extort” them by leaving a poor review. That couldn’t be further from the truth, they have taken $20,000 from a 24 year old girl, and left her high and dry several times, with out alternate transportation. Now expect her to pay hundreds of dollars for repairs after only 5 weeks of owing the car. PLEASE DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR, BE AWARE, READ THE OTHER POOR REVIEWS HERE!!! More

The price was advertise at Kelly Blue Book pricing online and once you get to there, Fritz, the GSM, hiked the price $5K or more with "add-ons" and explained that is really the market value. Trade-in negotiations too were a joke! Fritz will try to scam you and give you a low offer. So not only will they be making a huge profit on your trade in but they will also scam you out of thousands on the price of the car you're purchasing there. He was rude, condescending and incompetent. Stay away. More

I received a report back stating everything was good. 3 Weeks after that I received the same low oil warning and scheduled a 2nd maintenance appoint with BSM. 2 days later the engine of my 2019 vehicle with 29K miles blew while I was driving on the highway. The Power-Train warranty they reassured me it had was removed from the vehicle since July 2021 I purchased this vehicle December 2022. From January 2023 all the way until March Ryan the sales guy reassured me that the car would be picked up taken to the dealership and fixed. The 2 loaner cars the dealership offered me both had mechanical issues and check engine lights on. They finally put me in a rental through Enterprise then stopped paying the rental without notifying me, even though the contract I signed with Enterprise clearly states BSM will pay 100% of the contract. First I believed them when they said the vehicle was good and it still had it's manufacturer warranty. I even purchased the extended warranty of 6 years 125k miles. I am a single mother living out here with 3 children working 2 jobs. I wanted to make sure I had a reliable vehicle. They tried blaming me for my car not being picked up in a timely manner from the side of i75 even though it was the tow company they referred me to who didn't pick it up, the heard the recordings from the dispatch companies before they believed me. They lied about picking up the vehicle from the yard it was parked at reassuring me it was being picked up after I provided everything they asked me to provide. They tried blaming me for the lender picking up the vehicle even though my last message from Ryan states they were picking it up that day. So again I believed him. I am a AAA member had anyone reached out to me that the car couldn't be towed I could've easily called AAA but instead I believed Ryan when he said the Mitsubishi dealership was picking it up and taking it in for service. Once Ryan washed his hands of dealing with this situation I was referred to Nate I am not sure what his title is. After he was dodging my calls for 2 days I finally drove the 40 minutes to the dealership to speak to him in person all for him to tell me it was a mess and he would get back to me on how to fix this. He seemed to care. 2 days later I text him and he asked for me to reach back out to him the next day. The next day I reached out to him he quickly responded that there was nothing he could do, this was my responsibility and that all the reassurance Ryan gave me the last 2 months of this being taken care of was just a miscommunication on his end. Now I understand the urgency of them wanting me to put a good review in google the day after I purchased the vehicle. It was to cover all the negative reviews from the people who ended up buying messed up cars from this dealership and the dealership washing their hands of the issue. During a time I should be enjoying planning and celebrating my daughters Quinceanera with a vehicle I have worked very hard to purchase on my own. Now I have to work with my lawyer, report this dealership to the BBB with all their shady business practices. I have to take time out of my day to leave reviews any and everywhere I can to possibly prevent another person from experiencing this nightmare. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!!!!!! More

Never buy a car from here they are rude condescending and unprofessional. They push you to get a loan they charge you extra if you don’t.
