To clarify a few points for transparency—your visit involved multiple concerns that were unrelated to one another. The key fob you purchased is a Mopar component and is covered under warranty. When you reported concerns with it, we scheduled you promptly to inspect and address that issue at no additional cost if a defect was found. Regarding the vehicle shutdown, our diagnostic process determined the root cause was a failing battery. While the battery may have appeared to function intermittently, modern vehicles—especially models like Jeep—are highly sensitive to voltage fluctuations, and a weak battery can cause complete system shutdowns. Replacing the battery resolved that condition. As for the towing, that service is handled by a third-party provider and is not something we control. We understand that unexpected expenses like that are frustrating. We do acknowledge that your pickup experience did not meet our standards. The delay you encountered while we finalized your paperwork and completed the work should not have happened, and for that, we sincerely apologize. That portion of your experience is on us, and we have addressed it internally with our team. We even offered you a credit to use to offset that time and frustration. We did make efforts to work with you directly during and after your visit to resolve your concerns, and we regret that we were not able to meet your expectations.
