THE DEALER SHIP SOLD A NEW CAR WHICH I WAS SUPPOSE TO PICK UP THE NEXT DAY OUT FROM UNDER ME.DROVE 466 MILES FOR NOT A DAM THING . WHICH IS BULL SHIT. The staff was wonderful to work with especially Jennifer in financing. Only a couple of minor issues, one being with Hillary, who told me that I could come in without my husband and, if needed, paperwork co in financing. Only a couple of minor issues, one being with Hillary, who told me that I could come in without my husband and, if needed, paperwork could be faxed to him to sign, which unforntunately, was not true, but Jennifer worked with me so I could take my car home that evening and come back the next day with the husband to sign papers. The other issue is that I wish my salesman, John, would have gone over all the bells and whistles of my car. Being old school, I had no idea all the cool stuff on my car til I read the owners manuel. I was told there was a carfax report for my car but never got to read it or have it given to me. I am still waiting to received my 2nd key along with both remotes for my car as another salesperson had them and did not return them. Hopefully that gets rectified soon as I only have one key for my car. But the car buying process was so fast and painless that I have already recommended Arnell to everyone I have come in contact with since my purchase. Dealing with Jen was by far, my favorite part of the experience!! More

My husband and I was just out for a nice relaxing day looking at new cars deciding whether or not to buy now or later. At the closing of the sale where Chris came in he was just was good went thru all the paper work made sure we understood everything. Tom greeted us on the first day we went into the dealership. When we do decide to buy another car we will difinitely go baack to them and work with Louis, Chris and Tom again. I will send all my friends their way also. They have made friends with us. More

For us, a new car purchase experience is an unpleasant task to say the least. I am not fond of pushy salesmen or dealerships that forget who you are when you drive out of the lot. At Arnell, there was no pressure to make a purchase when we stopped in. This gave us the opportunity to look elsewhere. After checking inventory at several other dealerships we decided to go back to Arnell and make a deal. Louis was quite helpful in providing us with all the answers to the many questions we had. He stayed in touch via email and returned all of our phone calls. We were satisfied that we got the best price we could have. Larry in finance did a great job of getting us a good interest rate on our loan. He was very thorough in explaining all our options regarding loans and extended warrantees.
