Very poor experience with the service department. The men behind the counter sat and watched my wife struggle to open the door to the service counter area while she had her hands full entering the de The men behind the counter sat and watched my wife struggle to open the door to the service counter area while she had her hands full entering the dealership. Rather than helping they made rude comments to our child about how the 4 year old should have helped open the door. They then told my wife that they would not be able to perform one of the service recalls because “ you can do it yourself”. They did not perform one of the service requests due to it “taking too long to wait there” while none of this was mentioned when scheduling the appointment, when this specific question was asked upon scheduling. The men were then heard at the service counter mocking, disparaging, and speaking poorly about my wife, within earshot of her and our daughter. The list of disappointments regarding the service department in this occurrence could go on and on. The unprofessionalism was very disappointing. Would not recommend. More
