Working with Larry was great. He answered all our questions and had us test drive both vehicles that we were interested in. He even made us a pot of fresh coffee while we waited for our documents to be prepared. That is above and beyond in our eyes. He is an asset to your company and a stellar employee. Chris in finance was awesome and worked very hard to get us that payment we could afford. He truly knows the meaning of outstanding customer service. Rob made us feel like we were in his living room enjoying the Cubs while watching a big screen TV. He was a gem and we enjoyed his knowledge of the dealership. Tom has a knack to pull people in with just a conversation on the phone. Truly a genuine guy with lots of passion for his job. The only negative is that our car does not have electric locks or windows. Since we are not used to this, it has been difficult to get used to. Is there anything you can do for us in that aspect???
