On behalf of Lake Shore, I apologize for your experience. I believe that you have communicated with our General Manager already regarding your experience. As I'm sure he told you, we clearly had a breakdown in our processes, and we have reviewed this situation with our vendors and our employees to ensure that something like this doesn't occur again. In reference to the paperwork, we do have a policy of waiting ten days after a personal check is used, unless the customer provides proof of the funds leaving their account. Perhaps this wasn't explained clearly. In any case we have been working with the state of Michigan to complete the necessary out of state paperwork, and we should be overnighting it to them tonight. Again, I'm sorry that we didn't perform to your, or our, expectations in your case. If we can assist you further, feel free to contact me, Eric Yoder, or Ted Vander Zanden, the General Manager.
