Contacted Bose motors about a car they had advertised for sale. John responded with email. Gave some general information and I asked for more specifics. "Not once did I inquire if they shipped cars. Their lot is over an hour away. I responded that people ask those questions to know if it is worth their time to drive over an hour to look at a car. John never answered the questions. I am guessing he didn't want to put anything in writing that would be proven wrong. Big red flag which lets you know there is a lack of integrity and honesty at this place. It seems the negative reviews are correct and the positive reviews are most likely AI generated. More

The worst dealer I dealt with. I asked for the keys to the vehicle and he (Mike) said sure but the price is firm. After looking at the vehicle I ask if I can take it for a test dri I asked for the keys to the vehicle and he (Mike) said sure but the price is firm. Amazing staff I had been looking for a car for two months until i went to Bose motors in crestwood illinois. The sales department were so helpful and nice! We mainly worked with a man named Mike he truly helped us find the right vehicle without any pressure. Even the other men were super helpful! Im very happy with my new Buick Enclave, shes a beauty and drives great. I wouldn't have been able to find a better vehicle if it wasnt for the staff there.
