We believed we left a safe and reliable vehicle. Within a couple days I was back with a noise that they blamed on cold weather. 2 months later, we have a bill for $5,000 through our mechanic, sayi More

Again, you still have not responded on the stuts, missing bults and noise...how about the paperwork you were supposed to send on all the parts you replaced? We did see leaks shortly after purchase but after taking it back to you a couple days later. You failed to reply to the lies about the remote start working and the other important parts, as well! Myself, being a business owner, i would take this a little more serious than all your arrogant and ignorant combacks!

You said on the phone that it was the mechanics error! I've been in business for 13 years and only one negative review, considering i have more clients a week then your weekly sales! Jealousy?! If you respond, i will not...im done stooping to you level and can't believe I'm giving this more time of day towards your credit! Your words speak loudly and noted!

This customer purchased on 1/23/26. They ended up taking it for a post sale inspection and even did an oil change and air filter on 1/27/2026 which is strange because we just did it all of that previous to the sale. It is clear on their Carfax and contacted us saying their windshield was leaking and the shop told them they needed an O2 sensor. On 2/5/2026 we did just that for free!!! Now, 2 months later on 3/25/26, this customer is complaining of an oil cooler leak and a few suspension items. Where were these complaints back in January when the vehicle was returned and we rectified a few small items when you clearly took it for a post sale inspection? This customer was offered a warranty and signed a form declining to purchase. They are now demanding we pay an outside shop bill. However, our company policy has always been, we do not pay outside shop bills. Most shops work on commission and we have seen the dangers of scams when telling people they need something they actually don't. If you felt the car was so unsafe, why would you purchase it? If it was leaking oil prior to the sale, you would have had oil in your driveway and the vehicle would have been undrivable back in January! Oil leaks are very easy to spot on an initial inspection and we replaced over $1500 worth of items pre-sale! If a leak existed, we would have rectified it prior to selling this vehicle. It would have been all over our parking lot! All the copies of the work we did were sent to the state since you filed a complaint. I stand behind my technicians and their work who are extremely hard working people alongside myself and my husband who work 16 hour days 7 days a week to run our business to provide excellent customer service and reliable budget friendly USED cars!
