I Purchased a 2021 Mercedes E63 s Wagon from Boston Motorsports after a 3 month hunt for one! I really wanted white but i just couldnet pass this one up it had only 400 miles on it. The sales guy that helped me out was Kostas, very knowledge about Mercedes even taught me a few things i didn't even know about the car. I flew in from NJ they picked me up in a fancy car brought me to the dealership bought lunch and we sat had a conversation about the car and worked out the numbers , i went on a test drive for about 30 mins they were fine with it wanted to make sure i liked it. Patrick in finance was swift and transparent with the paperwork. 5 hours later im flying back to NJ and they will have the car shipped to me within the week. So impressed by their level of professionalism and hospitality. This is how it should be when your spending this much money! Bravo to you and your team Christian! More
BUYER BEWARE! Boston Motorsports defrauded me. I purchased a new Maserati Trofeo from out of state. New vehicle was delivered with over $19,000 in damage. Boston M Boston Motorsports defrauded me. I purchased a new Maserati Trofeo from out of state. New vehicle was delivered with over $19,000 in damage. Boston Motorsports asked me to take the damaged vehicle to a service center to repair. They promised to cover repair costs. They did not. Boston Motorsports told me they could've repaired the damage themselves if not for the distance between Boston and Los Angeles. I paid to ship vehicle from Los Angeles to Boston. They Did not repair damage. Boston Motorsports claimed they could not replace the damaged vehicle because they did not have another Trofeo. I have paid 6 monthly auto and insurance payments so far, but have not had use of the vehicle as this will most likely end in court. I have asked Maserati of North America to intervene. Boston Motorsports also has failed to reimburse $1,500 owed to me from initial purchase transaction. Boston Motorsports has committed fraud and is also guilty of theft. BUYER BEWARE! More
I purchased a 2015 Porsche Boxster online from my home in Salt Lake City - a risky proposition for a 7-year-old sports car. My sales rep, Gabriel Almasseh, was responsive, helpful and reasonable. The transaction went smoothly via wire transfer, and the car arrived in seemingly perfect condition via covered carrier. But two mechanical problems arose, which (it being a Porsche) were quite costly to repair. One letter to Boston Motorsports, enclosing repair invoices and requesting reimbursement under the dealer‘s comprehensive 90-day warranty, and I was contacted by John Doran of the dealer’s parent company, apologizing for the problem and promising reimbursement. And reimbursement, in full, came via special carrier, barely a week later. Buying a used vehicle online, from across a continent, is bound to come with some uncertainties. And pre-owned vehicles are rarely perfect, nor can we expect them to be so. But a dealer willing to address problems in this fashion makes the process viable - and pretty much blows all the stereotypes of “used car salesman” out of the water.
