We had an issue when installing an update at our home, it drained the battery. We used the on star app after calling our dealership, Bergstrom’s in Oshkosh, Boucher sent a group to start our car and we drove drained the battery. Our dealer in Oshkosh did a check and found several things to check - we were not the only one’s that have had the same issue with the install of this update! We were leaving for the weekend, left the car at Boucher and picked it up when we arrived home. All is well! More
