What should have taken a little over an hour took about 4 hours. I was not kept in the loop regarding the delays or the nature of the delays. I brought my car in for a complete detail of the interior and exterior. I knew from the beginning that some of the scratches would remain, but the outside you could see streaks and buffing marks, and in and exterior. When rotating the tires they found a screw in the thread of one of the tires and got an new tire and installed it in less than an hour. Great Service!!!! of one of the tires and got an new tire and installed it in less than an hour. Great Service!!!! More
