I was very disappointed with the service department not finding our why my car shifts from "drive" to "manual" when in the process of traveling to or from somewhere. I do not know how to drive "manual" an finding our why my car shifts from "drive" to "manual" when in the process of traveling to or from somewhere. I do not know how to drive "manual" and don't want to learn. That's why I have a car with "automatic" transmission. Even Cadillac corporate couldn't help. Shameful. No one seemed to care that this was happening. More

the work was fine but I was disappointed that the car wasn't washed and the tech left some kind of lube on the rims that I had to clean off when I arrived home.
