Paint color was noticeably off when I came to pick it up. I stated that I knew for sure he did. We looked back at the service order and sure enough it was there. Erie Insurance paid for a service that did not get completed. The only reason Dominic called my adjuster, and credited back was because I noticed it, If I did not say anything, Boucher would have charged for a service that they did not perform. Dominic explained to my adjuster that the tech believed he did not need to blend it despite the work order clearly specifying that service. Again, I noticed it straight away. No one called me to discuss it or let me know about something that will directly affect me. Does Boucher pay techs on the service order hours and not for work actually performed? If so, that is unethical and here is an example of how it is so. Dominic offered to pick up my car and complete the work as originally agreed to, but my trust in the Boucher body shop is gone. This is the second Cadillac I bought from Boucher now, may be my last based on this experience. I still have not decided whether I want Boucher to complete the work or not. I would appreciate a call from some senior management team member call me and assure me the work will be completed and no further harm to me or my vehicle will occur. More

I just spent an hour typing a review. I think it got lost! I explained everything. Now a very condensed version This was a very bad experience, and we were talked down to. We had a coupon that is the reason we went to Boucher Chevrolet in Waukesha. I went in there with a Buick they took the coupon, but didn't do the work.We were charged, as if all the work was done. If a job is not on the paperwork. It wasn't done. That my Fixed scanner diagnosis wasn't taking seriously by this dealership. It showed a problem with the driver's door front latch. They didn't bother checking it. My factory warranty was expiring in a few days. I needed the car checked out. I wanted the wiper blades replaced. They didn't do that either! I wanted to use my GM Rewards to pay for the wipers. I gave the advisor the last four numbers of my membership, which they need. He said that he would need the whole number! I said I would give him the number if needed, and he should let me know. They took my coupon, but didn't do the work, and charged me for the cost of the coupon. They did an A Works job. Did not do anything else. An oil, lube, and filter, multi point inspection. Rotate the tires, and visually check the brakes. The coupon included more for $99.95, but it wasn't done. I needed these other things done! So I made an appointment with a Buick GMC dealer. I went in there two days after Boucher. I was promptly greeted by a friendly service advisor. He listened to me, and took what I said seriously. They did the work, and also did a multi point inspection. Also checked to see if I needed an alignment. At this time they couldn't see a problem with the door latch. They also replaced the front, and rear wiper blades. Using my GM Rewards There was no charge for their service! More
