I was told by the manager that I would get a free oil change. I scheduled my oil change, came and had my oil changed and the service guy said it would $129.00. I told him it should be free and he said"wh change. I scheduled my oil change, came and had my oil changed and the service guy said it would $129.00. I told him it should be free and he said"why". I told him wumhy and he got mad and said "why wasn't i aware of this" and walked away. He came back a few minutes later, handed me a new invoice with a "0" balance. And said, your truck is outside and walked away. Not good customer service at all. I won't be coming back. More

I'm writing this review during the second time of bringing my truck to them on an insurance claim. First time they were great and went above and beyond unfortunately day I picked it up I was rear ended by a drunk driver and brought it back to them the following Monday. Extremely informative and helpful if you need work done highly recommend them especially if gm product but any vehicle i would bring it to them. I have a very nice truck and very picky on who works on it. I can honestly say they are 1 of the few places I will bring my truck too who I trust to do the work correctly and professionally.
