I couldn't even test drive the c When I got into the process of buying a new car I visited a Hyundai dealership in the Lincolnwood area near Chicago. I couldn't even test drive the car I wanted because there was another car parked in front of it. For some reason they couldn't move the car in front and the test drive did not take place. That was the first time a car dealership couldn't provide me with a test drive. I found Boucher Hyundai by searching Hyundai vehicles online. I found this one specific Hyundai at Boucher and gave them a call. Dave Cali was the salesman who I spoke to and he confirmed the vehicle was at the dealership. I scheduled an appointment and as soon as I pulled into the parking lot he greeted me right away. We went inside and the vehicle was right there ready for me to test drive it. Everything was setup the right way and it showed that the staff at Boucher really put effort into doing their job. After the test drive we sat down and came to a deal. I left the dealership very happy and excited about my new purchased vehicle. Overall, my experience at Boucher Hyundai was a great one. More

Need to listen I've been to Boucher Hyundai a few times. I spoke with the sales person and told them my needs, and asked a few questions about my current vehicle. I've been to Boucher Hyundai a few times. I spoke with the sales person and told them my needs, and asked a few questions about my current vehicle. New vehicles were pushed even though new vehicles were not part of my initial discussion. I'm a Hyundai loyalist, and that fact is the reason why I stayed at Boucher to give them a 2nd chance to answer the questions I had when I walked in. Eventually, my questions were answered and I came to the conclusion that a new vehicle was the right option for me. If I'm pushed into that same corner on my next visit, I may not be back. More

Nothing short of spectacular! I walked through 4 dealerships before a sales associate even spoke a word to me. And I walked right past several!
