Took more than 3 hours to diagnose the issue with my car; seems like an excessive amount of time. When car was returned to me, first of all it took several people to even locate the car for me. Had to reschedule our appointment due to an error which we understood. Pulled into our rescheduled appointment- was offered a car wash, which we accepted.
