Customer service was average. I felt I was not heard with my concerns. When I bought the car I was told valet was included. As sad as it was to finally trade in My 2012 Honda accord with 260k miles on it, my purchase of a 2019 Genesis G70 through Boucher has made that Honda already a distant memory. Their certified inspection and warrantee plan is outstanding. Sales associate Dade was great! From his greeting on day 1 and a test drive, to the final day handshake with new keys in pocket he was nothing but honest and informative. More importantly I admired his ability to not only answer all my technical inquiries about the vehicle but also engage in many non business exchange of stories and conversation that a lot of people in consumer sales positions could learn from. I truly walked away with 0 buyers remorse and genuine respect for the dealership as a whole. All my service appointments will be at this dealership because of my initial purchase through Dade.
