I showed up for my appointment to find out I showed up on the wrong day, and the appointment was actually the next day. They still found a way to squeeze me in and get my oil changed and I was very appreciat the wrong day, and the appointment was actually the next day. After having a transmission fluid change I went to a gas station alto fill my gas tank up and check my oil I noticed the air intake box was not hooked up correctly and I asked them to do an exhust check and station alto fill my gas tank up and check my oil I noticed the air intake box was not hooked up correctly and I asked them to do an exhust check and was told it was fine. Climbed under and can see where the carbon build up around a gasket is leaking. Will not be returning back to this dealer More

Actual service was very good, and they kept to their word on service and appointments. However, I found it unacceptable to wait 1.25 hours for a shuttle to drive me back home, especially with no forewarning on service and appointments. The price savings on new tires drew me to Boucher service. More

Actual service was great, though we didn’t use them, shuttles were offered etc. The problem came when we were called, both my wife and I, several times about adding an expensive package replacing fil shuttles were offered etc. The problem came when we were called, both my wife and I, several times about adding an expensive package replacing filters etc. My wife tried to decline 3-4 times, and the rep was insistent, even calling me when she said no repeatedly.
