Service person was pleasant and efficient and took the time to explain everything. They are always on time with starting and give an accurate estimate of completion time also. Actual service was very good, and they kept to their word on service and appointments. However, I found it unacceptable to wait 1.25 hours for a shuttle to drive me back home, especially with no forewarning on service and appointments. However, I found it unacceptable to wait 1.25 hours for a shuttle to drive me back home, especially with no forewarning that it would be that long. The price savings on new tires drew me to Boucher service. More

Actual service was great, though we didn’t use them, shuttles were offered etc. The problem came when we were called, both my wife and I, several times about adding an expensive package replacing fil shuttles were offered etc. The problem came when we were called, both my wife and I, several times about adding an expensive package replacing filters etc. My wife tried to decline 3-4 times, and the rep was insistent, even calling me when she said no repeatedly. Such a shame because we’ve had nothing but good experiences with Boucher over the last few years. More

In general, the experience was OK. Check in was fine. My point of check in was Alex. He is not listed below. The recommended fuel treatment was explained well by Alex. I want to thank the Service Manager, Mr. Diez and his team for the exceptional service they provided. I am a resident of IL that was making a day trip to Wisconsin. My check engine light came on and th team for the exceptional service they provided. I am a resident of IL that was making a day trip to Wisconsin. My check engine light came on and they were able to get my vehicle in right away to look at it. They had to order a part that wouldn’t arrive until the next day so they provided me with a new vehicle to drive back home and then come back on a Saturday to pick up my vehicle. The service I received was absolutely first class. I would highly recommend buying a car from them just to have my vehicle serviced there! Great team! Thank you again! Steve More
