This was my first oil change and check up for my new Palisade. Nelson in service was very accommodating as I wasn’t comfortable to wait 7500 miles before my first oil change since I’ve had my car for 6 Palisade. I’m new to Genesis after previously owning Lexus, so used to that enhanced service experience. This was my second service visit to Boucher, the first being for a warranty radio replacement. Very professional and easy process both times and easily on par or exceeding the Lexus experience. Everything was explained on the inspection and car was washed. Pricing for oil change and tire rotation was competitive, if not less expensive, than the quickie lube places. I will certainly be back.. More
