A bit frustrated that I was out of a car for a whole day, I was forgot about (I had to call at 5 to be picked up by the shuttle, when I should’ve been out of the shop by 5). Text messages weren’t answered an I was forgot about (I had to call at 5 to be picked up by the shuttle, when I should’ve been out of the shop by 5). Text messages weren’t answered and calls were not returned. I had to ask the receptionist to send someone to pick me up as the transfers were going to vm. Now one of the issues, concerning the light which I agreed to have fixed on that day, is no longer working. And I’m being told that I have to wait till the next opening which is a couple of weeks out. To drop the car for yet an entire day, again. Also now in retrospect, I’m wondering if I was recommended some work be done based on the current mileage of the car, since the engine was replaced only 60 k miles ago. This part isn’t a complaint. It’s a question. More
I requested trade in value analysis because I’m considering buying a newer car and never received it. When checking out I asked a 2nd time and still never received it.
