This was my FIRST time working with Boucher Hyundai's service department and I am extremely impressed. I was experiencing an unusual problem with braking and traction control on my 2014 Sonata that took service department and I am extremely impressed. I was experiencing an unusual problem with braking and traction control on my 2014 Sonata that took two trips to their shop to properly diagnose. Chris, my service advisor, was very sincere and seemed to genuinely care about my situation. Once the problem was identified, he was extremely thorough in explaining it and making sure it was completely resolved. Chris even went the extra mile by contacting Hyundai to request coverage for the repair, even though my car was out of warranty (he was successful!) I've been dealing with service departments at dealerships for maintenance on my vehicles for 30 years -- this was the best experience BY FAR and I will be back! More
