Great Service Rep Jean Sommers is the main reason we continue to get our vehicles serviced at Boucher Hyundai. We purchased both of our Hyundais from Boucher (new) and Jean Sommers is the main reason we continue to get our vehicles serviced at Boucher Hyundai. We purchased both of our Hyundais from Boucher (new) and have always gotten our service there. Jean is responsive, honest, friendly and goes the extra mile. The only issue with this most recent service (replace tires on Sonata) was that there was some sort of grease on the interior ceiling of the vehicle by the driver side visor that I cannot get out. I assume it was just an oversight but has left a brown stain there. More

Everything went alright I went there to get a new smart key and have it programmed. I was originally told it would take 45 min, and everything was done in 40 min. The waiting area is not large but it has drinks and snacks, which is nice. I wouldn’t mind going back and spending time there while my car is being serviced. More
