Unhappy about all aspects of their service Bad enough that my engineer blew due to manufacturer defect. It took almost three months (roughly twice the quoted timeframe with no dealer initiated updates communicated) for them to fix it. Then I pick up my car to find the windshield is broken down the middle and they deny all responsibility, trying to claim it was already there. It wasn't. They tried to "prove it" by sending me a picture that doesn't show the break and refused to do anything about it. Very unsatisfied. I will go out of my way to let people know how little I trust this dealership. More
Disappointed Had my car towed from WI/IL border it died completely. Would not drive or run absolutely nothing. I took it to Russ Darrow who jumped it so I could get it to your dealership. After 3 days I am told there is absolutely nothing wrong with the car. How am I suppose to trust a car that died while I was driving on the freeway. Computer related issue. Actually showed an outside temp of over 100 degrees which was not correct Then it died and I had to pay almost 300$ to have it towed. I’m told nothings wrong with it. I am not comfortable taking it long distances now Also my headlights were left on, and my car was not parked in front like I was told but left in the back. Almost thought my car would have been washed and ready to go especially since no issues were found. Also my book for the car was no longer in the glove compartment. I don't remember what else was in the glove box but I do know it was not empty like I found it. More

Oil change Went in for an oil change appointment and that was done quickly wiith no other service performed. I also inquired about upcoming required maintenace Went in for an oil change appointment and that was done quickly wiith no other service performed. I also inquired about upcoming required maintenace and pricing. Jean Sommers was able to get this information and said we would have to schedule another appointment to get this work performed. I did not expect to get this done and will do this later this summer. More

Service tech error Recall software caused cluster failure and sv tech error caused 1 week delay to get car back. Now have rattle at dash cluster site. Good but more towards average. Initial sevice was adequate. Follow up phone calls were not done. Only after speaking with the service manager, did we get great service. Overall I like Bourcher, but will probably go to the HWY 100 store. More
