Extra charges We brought our Sante Fe in due to 3 recalls. We decided to also have the brakes replaced, had a price, and was told they would call if there was anyt We brought our Sante Fe in due to 3 recalls. We decided to also have the brakes replaced, had a price, and was told they would call if there was anything extra. Received a call there were no other issues, and the brake price would be $189 per axle. An hour later we received a call that extra work was needed because one of the brake pistons was seized. We agreed to the extra work, and came to pick up the car. When we were checking our, my wife noticed we were charged for an oil change, which we did not request. The service manager did remove the charge, but we did not feel we should have to deal with that. When we drove home, we noticed there was no sticker in the window indicating when the oil would be due to be changed. We started wondering if the oil was even changed at all, and when we got home, checked to oil. The oil was in fact, DIRTY!!!! Very disappointed, and unsatisfied. We have purchased 2 Hyuandais from Boucher, but don’t think we will buy another with this level of service. More

The experience was good, but, could have been better. My overall experience with the service department was good, but it could have been better. I do appreciate them putting the new engine in the car, but My overall experience with the service department was good, but it could have been better. I do appreciate them putting the new engine in the car, but, I am still left with a car that was damaged while being serviced at your dealership. The former only happened after I spent a lot of time and gas traveling over 20 miles (each way) on multiple occasions to get it resolved. However, during my last visit to get the service center, I do not feel like I was treated fairly by the manager, John. I felt like John showed a lack of regard for both the time and frustration that I suffered during this entire ordeal. He actually told me to put tape on my front fender that was damaged during service there.he showed an total lack of regard for trying to get that issue fixed. I will be consulting with my car insurer about what options can be taken about the latter issue. More
