Following through on a commitment I had brought my 2009 Genesis in for work in a previous visit, and was unhappy with a particular problem that arose from some work that had been done. I noted my disappointment in the follow up survey, and was contacted by John D., the sales manager, who offered me a discount on the repair I had scheduled to correct the initial problem. The repair was successfully completed and I was give. the promised discount. I have always been treated with respect and consideration by.the service department at Boucher Hyundai and will continue to work with them to keep my Genesis in top condition. Shoutout to Dan D. Average It took 3 phone calls to schedule this appointment and then couldn't get in within a week. The charge for the tire rotation covered the appointment. More
