Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. They said an hour. Went to check on it after an hour and still on the rack. They came as d got me after another 20 minutes. Jean was great! Only recommendation I have is to have the people who drive the car put the seats back where they were when the car arrived. Car at service for 2 days. I never received a call from our service advisor. Calls to general service and specific advisor go to voicemail. No communication at all. I drove 25 I never received a call from our service advisor. Calls to general service and specific advisor go to voicemail. No communication at all. I drove 25 minutes to dealership both days to check on car because no one calls or answers the phone. After 2 days they couldn’t find problem. Immediately upon picking up car, problem still occurring. I drove service manager around lot and he observed issue. Suggested I make another appointment if problem gets worse. I’ll make another appointment at another Hyundai dealership. More

Dont go to this dealership! They wanted $2600 to replace the injectors on my Santa Fe. The injectors are $1100. When I asked Andy how many hours the job takes, he said 2.5. So t They wanted $2600 to replace the injectors on my Santa Fe. The injectors are $1100. When I asked Andy how many hours the job takes, he said 2.5. So that's, $600 an hour in labor rates! I was lucky to get that much info out of him. I tried talking to him about the job, and he just kept pointing me in the direction of their cashier. Once he knew he wouldn't get anymore money out of me, he was done with me. Horrible service. I guess that's why they're called stealerships! More
