Could not get updates from service rep even after voice mails until John Diez the service manager. With him he Axing things up our satisfaction went from very disappointing to very satisfied as he was abs mails until John Diez the service manager. He was fabulous to work with. Just sorry he had to get involved to get us any level of reasonable customer support. More

Andy was very nice to work with and the services provided were good, but I wasn’t too pleased to be without my car for a week while they were waiting for parts.
