Wanted an oil change, new front tires, and front end alignment. Only able to get oil changed on first trip. Second trip- I was told I needed shocks &struts. 3rd trip-wrong struts delivered. 4th trip-2st alignment. Only able to get oil changed on first trip. Definitely felt that this was not a dealership that would gouge or take advantage of you. Nothing has ever gone wrong with my Genesis and I’m putting on a lot more miles as COVID relaxes some. Will absolutely buy another one. Sales person Jessica Guenther was very kind and helped me research which Genesis for my next car. Can’t bring myself to trade in my current Genesis. Looks good.
