On 1/14/2020 I accepted offer and pricing and put $5K down. Two days later dealer advised special order was accepted and would take until March or April for delivery. On 3/3/2020 I asked for an update. Dealer sent email stating my vehicle was "stateside" and "ETA 3/16/2020". On 3/23/2020 I asked for an update. Dealer rep called and said the car does not exist and will never arrive. No explanation. Would not answer questions about where the process went wrong. Would not say who was providing the updates. Would not answer if someone else got my car. 10 weeks of anticipation. Much embarrassment with friends and family explaining the story. Contacted Nissan North America. They told me there was nothing they could do and would not look into the matter. They referred me back to the dealer. More

We were very disappointed with the amount of lack of urgency. A number of our phone calls, texts and emails would not be replied for a couple of days. We weren’t asking for anything unreasonable, we w urgency. A number of our phone calls, texts and emails would not be replied for a couple of days. We weren’t asking for anything unreasonable, we were just asking what our options are for turning in a lease truck. We dealt with three different associates. We did not get any answers until I come into the dealership. Then we waited and waited. We were told many things that the dealership would do for us but they never came through. We finally leased a new truck with scratches on the door. We brought it in to be fix which would take a few days. Four phone calls and two texts, we finally got our truck back after eight days. This is our seventh Nissan in our family. If this is the way Nissan Dealership appreciate their customers, we will not be back. More

The day of delivery , I was called by another sales manager , he said a mistake was made by them and the deal was off. I understood . The next day Lenny called me and was told by a district manager that the customer shouldn't pay for their mistake . I took delivery in a couple days . Alex was great to work with and the financing was very easy. Alex went above and beyond for me and he gets 5 stars! He even returned my rental car to Enterprise when they failed to pick It up. I purchased the car for 17,591 and the cost of the car on my paperwork was 17,900+ so when I asked why Vinnie told me it’s Wisconsin state law to charge a service fee. Those were his exact words. It’s not though. Your dealership has a right to charge a service fee at your discretion. Wisconsin does not “require” it. I would’ve preferred to have been told that. It’s little things like that that make people, women in particular not enjoy buying cars. I realize you need to make a living especially at this time. I wouldn’t have argued with a truthful answer. I hope that money goes to Alex! I purchased a 2019 Hyundai Tucson. It’s kicking back at me a bit upon acceleration so I’m going to run it to a Hyundai dealership to have them look at it when the Coronavirus crap is over! Sarah Derkson More
