Alex was great to work with and the financing was very easy. Alex went above and beyond for me and he gets 5 stars! He even returned my rental car to Enterprise when they failed to pick It up. I purchased the car for 17,591 and the cost of the car on my paperwork was 17,900+ so when I asked why Vinnie told me it’s Wisconsin state law to charge a service fee. Those were his exact words. It’s not though. Your dealership has a right to charge a service fee at your discretion. Wisconsin does not “require” it. I would’ve preferred to have been told that. It’s little things like that that make people, women in particular not enjoy buying cars. I realize you need to make a living especially at this time. I wouldn’t have argued with a truthful answer. I hope that money goes to Alex! I purchased a 2019 Hyundai Tucson. It’s kicking back at me a bit upon acceleration so I’m going to run it to a Hyundai dealership to have them look at it when the Coronavirus crap is over! Sarah Derkson More
