Just like my last visit 5 yrs ago, Disappointing I made an oil change appointment, and arrived 5 mins early. The service writer was nice and greeted me as I pulled in. The rest of the experience was I made an oil change appointment, and arrived 5 mins early. The service writer was nice and greeted me as I pulled in. The rest of the experience was not good. There was no effort to provide social distancing or sanitation to the waiting area. Therefore, I decided to walk outside while I waited for my car. After waiting for 75mins for the oil change and noticing that my car was sitting in the lot for a while I decided to ask if my car was finished. The service writer that greeted me was no long there. The person that took my appointment over the phone was, and she said my car was in fact done, and that "they were just finishing it up" and "only 5 more minutes". My car never moved, and 15min later someone new came to me with my paperwork. I asked him if he knew what happened. He apologized, said that the service writer that greeted me had to run some parts to another store and then his shift ended and he was just stepping in to take over. Said he was really sorry for the wait. Considering the price and the Boucher brand, I expected better. To top it off, someone left a food wrapper in my car. It was nice to drive away with the shined up wheels, but I didn't appreciate having to throw out someone else's trash. More
