Timothy Finkel was a wonderful service consultant. I was in for an oil change and steering wheel lock up. He helped me with my concerns. No concerns were found with my steering wheel. He also informed me that VW will do an oil consumption test for my VW due to me having a concern about my oil consumption. My jettas oil light has came on twice within 4000 miles after past oil changes,providing me with awareness that the oil is consuming quickly within the 10000 mile interval. I have called VW of America and they recommended to visit a different VW dealership to have an engine oil consumption looked at. Tim assisted me in topping off my oil due to it being low and scheduled an oil change/oil consumption test. I will bring my Jetta back once i hit 1000 miles to have it looked at even further. Overall the service has been a positive experience. More
