The Boucher Automotive Group began back in 1977, but it can trace its roots back to 1956 when Gordon F. Boucher first began his automotive career at a local Milwaukee dealership. Quick, Simple and Straight forward Sam was an amazing salesperson to work with. We came in on Saturday the 16th and while it took a little bit for us to get a salesperson we were okay l Sam was an amazing salesperson to work with. We came in on Saturday the 16th and while it took a little bit for us to get a salesperson we were okay looking at cars on the floor. The dealership was pretty busy since it was semi nice out and it seemed like many people were looking to take advantage of the great offers going on at the time. We finally got to sit down with Sam and explain that I was looking for a 2019 R-line Jetta. Sam was able to get a nice silver one out for us and let us take a spin in the car. While I loved the color and how the car drove the car's stereo was a little lack luster for my taste and I asked about the sound systems in the Jetta SEL trim. So we were able to get into a nice blue one and listen to the sound and it was a great fit. We ran into some trouble with the financing section but mainly because we were there on a Saturday after 5pm and we couldnt get approved right then. But Sam promptly messaged me in the morning on Monday and we were able to get back to the dealer fill out all the forms and drive off in all under 3 and half hours between the two days. Which is pretty good IMO for buying a car. Overall Sam was amazing very nice and straightforward with everything. If there was a problem with something or financing that needed to be explained he was there to help. Phil was the finance guy we worked with and he was also very nice and straightforward with the whole process as well. Very pleased with the buying experience. More
