Quick, Simple and Straight forward Sam was an amazing salesperson to work with. We came in on Saturday the 16th and while it took a little bit for us to get a salesperson we were okay l Sam was an amazing salesperson to work with. We came in on Saturday the 16th and while it took a little bit for us to get a salesperson we were okay looking at cars on the floor. The dealership was pretty busy since it was semi nice out and it seemed like many people were looking to take advantage of the great offers going on at the time. We finally got to sit down with Sam and explain that I was looking for a 2019 R-line Jetta. Sam was able to get a nice silver one out for us and let us take a spin in the car. While I loved the color and how the car drove the car's stereo was a little lack luster for my taste and I asked about the sound systems in the Jetta SEL trim. So we were able to get into a nice blue one and listen to the sound and it was a great fit. We ran into some trouble with the financing section but mainly because we were there on a Saturday after 5pm and we couldnt get approved right then. But Sam promptly messaged me in the morning on Monday and we were able to get back to the dealer fill out all the forms and drive off in all under 3 and half hours between the two days. Which is pretty good IMO for buying a car. Overall Sam was amazing very nice and straightforward with everything. If there was a problem with something or financing that needed to be explained he was there to help. Phil was the finance guy we worked with and he was also very nice and straightforward with the whole process as well. Very pleased with the buying experience. More

After we finally decided this was the SUV for us, Sam was able to locate the specific car we wanted and was able to bring it in for us within a couple weeks (we had some specific add ons we wanted... AKA we didnt make it easy on him). We went to approx 7 different dealerships, and Sam was by far the best salesmen we dealt with. Boucher Volkswagen had a used Touareg that fit our needs. Justin was very personable, easy to work with and knowledgeable about all the different functions on the Touareg. The buying process went smoothly and Patrick the finance guy wasn’t pushy about adding on all kinds of warranties and protections. The front bumper still needed some cosmetic work done after we purchased the car so we were given a loaner car free of charge while repairs were being made. Great customer service! More

He was very patient while letting us shop around, recommended some great vehicles for us to look at, and went the extra mile in making sure we were completely satisfied with our whole experience. Usually buying a car can be a drag, but not at this dealership! We were never pressured into something we didn't want and were given time to think everything over. 10/10 would recommend to family and friends. Already have people asking about my new car :) More
