The Boucher Automotive Group began back in 1977, but it can trace its roots back to 1956 when Gordon F. Boucher first began his automotive career at a local Milwaukee dealership. Extremely disappointed and frustrated. I got the feeling they didn’t even look into my issue. I brought car in on July 14 to have a sunroof leak checked. Later in the day I called to check on the status a they didn’t even look into my issue. I brought car in on July 14 to have a sunroof leak checked. Later in the day I called to check on the status and they told me they had fixed the problem, that one of the drain tubes was clogged. I know this was not true since I had checked the drain tube myself and confirmed no blockage. It had rained heavily the day I brought the car in, and when I picked my car up as soon as I sat down inside and looked at the headliner it was soaked - problem not fixed!!! The fact that nobody would have checked this before handing the car back over to me is astounding. I went back inside and by that time everyone was gone in the service department, but another worker I stopped told me to call the service manager. I have not called the service manager yet because I honestly haven’t had any confidence that my concern would be adequately looked into and I don’t appreciate being lied to. On the other hand, I still have a car that leaks water anytime it rains which is a major point of stress for me. The panoramic sunroof leak issues on the Golf sportwagens Are well documented, so I would have thought they would have known exactly what my issue was, or at least do a little checking into it to figure it out.
