The Boucher Automotive Group began back in 1977, but it can trace its roots back to 1956 when Gordon F. Boucher first began his automotive career at a local Milwaukee dealership. Twenty-one years later he set out on his own to create the best dealership he knew how to. I bought an as-is vehicle and I found a problem with it the day after purchasing it. Instead of telling me that they can't do anything for an as-is vehicle, they worked with me to give me the best options available to fix the problem. Joe Tried to switch my credit application to VW but I already had a pre-approved one from Capital One. This frustrated me, but I stuck to my guns and we got through the process. Would prefer if they allowed you to make appointments for service. Was told over the phone it would take about 1 hour, when we dropped it off was told 1.5 hours. But actually took over 2.5 hours. Went in to test drive a car, but it sold same day. Was contacted again a weeks later, they may have another coming in.
