The Boucher Automotive Group began back in 1977, but it can trace its roots back to 1956 when Gordon F. Boucher first began his automotive career at a local Milwaukee dealership. Twenty-one years later he set out on his own to create the best dealership he knew how to. It all started at the front with your AWESOME service representative Jason. So knowledgeable! Friendly and fast service for my oil change. The only question not answered was the vocal warning I got that I did not understand . My experience at Boucher was an anomaly. Unfortunately, the Title to the vehicle I wanted to buy got lost, and it took 2 months for a new one to be acquired. However, Joe in sales got me a brand new VW CC the Title to the vehicle I wanted to buy got lost, and it took 2 months for a new one to be acquired. However, Joe in sales got me a brand new VW CC to drive (free of charge) and was in constant contact, while I waited. It wasn’t ideal to have to wait as long as I did, but it was totally worth it. In the end, the guys at Boucher were able to drop my APR by over 3% and made sure I was happy with my purchase. I couldn’t have asked for better service! More
